A new view

once a day

I took this photo on a tour of the Sydney Opera House. I was truly awe-inspired by that piece of architecture. Never before had I seen something that was so perfectly crafted to its space.

Not only was it ground-breaking innovation, but Utzon designed it to especially reflect its environment there on Bennelong Point. That is why there are so many windows and reflective surfaces like this one. To make the surroundings a part of the building. It was unique. I loved to look at the Sydney Harbour in a new way, and this picture reminds me of the beauty I lived so near to.
